Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je srovnat možnosti financování rekonstrukce bytových domů. Pro srovnání úvěrů jsou vybírány produkty bank a stavebních spořitelen dle objemu poskytnutých úvěrů. Tyto produkty jsou porovnány dle kritérií, přeplácení úvěru, úrokové sazby a její fixace, doby splatnosti, poplatků, zajištění, mimořádné splátky a nutnosti zřízení bankovního účtu. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to compare options of financing a reconstruction of an apartment buildings. For the comparison of credits are chosen products of banks and building saving banks due to volume of granted credits.
