Dismissal of Employees - Sociological and Legal Aspects

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se týká propouštění zaměstnanců a souvisejících právních a sociologických aspektů. Je zde obecně charakterizován pracovní poměr a ukončení pracovního poměru. Z větší části je věnována pozornost ukončení pracovního poměru ze strany zaměstnavatele. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány především sociologickým důsledkům ztráty zaměstnání. V diplomové práci se nachází i rady pro zaměstnavatele, jak zmírnit negativní důsledky propouštění zaměstnanců. Na závěru je uveřejněna některá související judikatura.

Abstract:

This thesis concerns the dismissal of employees and related legal and sociological aspects. There is generally characterized by employment and termination of employment. For the most part pays attention to the termination of employment by the employer. Other chapters are devoted primarily sociological consequences of unemployment. In this thesis there is also advice for employers on how to mitigate negative the consequences of firing employees. The conclusion is presented relevant case law.
