Influence of the tool dressing in bearing steel grinding on the surface profile and geometrical accuracy.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem velikosti orovnání brousicího kotouče při zapichovacím broušení na integritu povrchu a geometrickou přesnost obrobené plochy. V teoretické části práce je popisována teorie obrábění, broušení a přehled hodnocených charakteristik integrity obrobeného povrchu. V praktické části práce je popsána příprava a samotná realizace experimentu, která zahrnuje broušení povrchu zadaného materiálu po opakovaném zvýšení hodnoty orovnání brousicího kotouče a následné měření a vyhodnocení naměřených hodnot složek drsnosti povrchu, profilu povrchu, materiálového nosného podílu povrchu, odchylky kruhovitosti obrobené plochy a složek řezné síly Fp a Fc. V samotném závěru práce je shrnutí a vyhodnocení vlivu orovnání nástroje na obrobený povrch.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the influence of the size of the dressing of grinding wheel in grinding has been on the integrity of the surface and geometric precision of the machined surfaces. In the theoretical part of the work is described in the theory of machining, grinding and an overview of the evaluated characteristics of machined surface integrity. In the practical part of the thesis describes the preparation and implementation of the experiment, which involves grinding the surface of the material, after successive increases in the value of the dressing of grinding wheel and subsequent measurement and evaluation of the measured values of the components of the surface roughness, surface profile, material supporting surface roundness tolerance of machined surfaces and components of the cutting forces Fp and Fc. In the very end of the work is a summary and evaluation of the impact of the dressing of surface machined by the tools.
