Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou legislativy v České republice a legislativy logistické firmy v Nigérii. Práce se skládá z teoretické a aplikační části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku logistiky a skladovaní a manipulaci s nebezpečnými látkami. V aplikační části je představena struktura v Nigérii a organizace, včetně představení firmy. Dále je zde zaměřeno na manipulaci a skladování chemických látek a bezpečnostní pokyny. Pro porovnání jednotlivých legislativ je zde využito komparační metody. Výstupem je zhodnocení jednotlivých legislativ a jejich rozdílnost.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the legislation in the Czech Republic and logistics companies legislation in Nigeria. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of logistics, storage and handling of hazardous substances. The practical part presents the structure in Nigeria and organization , including the introduction of the company. There are also pointed out the handling, chemical substances storage and safety instructions. There is used comparative method to compare the various legislations. The outcome is the evaluation of the various legislations and their differences.
