The Business Plan for Building of a Pension with a Restaurant in the Recreation Area near Prague

Abstract:

Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické cásti. První, teoretická cást, zacíná popisem podnikatelského plánu, a to nejen v obecné rovine ale také nastinuje jeho praktické využití. Primární podstata a duvody plánu, stejne jako jeho duležitost, at již z perspektivy podnikatele žádajícího úver pro jeho realizaci ci z hlediska kontrolní funkce manažera, jsou zde zevrubne shrnuty. Je zde nastínena rovnež celková struktura plánu a podrobný rozbor jeho kapitol. Dále navazuje zbežný pohled do legislativy spojené se založením a provozem podniku v oblasti hostinských a ubytovacích služeb; tato je dále reflektována v praktické cásti této práce, tedy v samotném podnikatelském plánu. Konkrétnímu podnikatelskému zámeru v sektoru cestovního ruchu je zasvecena praktická cást. Práve podnikatelský plán je tím, co by melo být pro podnikatele stežejní pri rozhodování o prípadné realizaci penzionu s restaurací. V techto souvislostech práce zohlednuje nejen faktory ekonomické, jako napríklad návratnost vložené investice ale také motivy rázu sociálního a psychologického, kupr. provoz a prosperita malého podniku coby zdroje obživy širší rodiny.

Abstract:

The thesis consists of two parts. The first, theoretical part, commences with the description of a business plan. It is considered not only at an abstract level but its practical usage is taken into account as well. The essence and reasons of the plan, as well as its importance, are summarised in this part. They are discussed both from the point of view of a selfemployed applying for a credit to give effect to the plan and from the point of view of the control function of a manager. The overall structure and the detailed analysis of the sections of the plan are likewise outlined in this part. A brief introduction into legislation related to the establishment and operation of an enterprise in the field of the hotel industry follows. The law is also taken into account in the second, practical, part of the thesis. This part is dedicated to the actual business plan in the field of travel industry, namely to operating a guest house with restaurant. It is the business plan what should be the rational guidance for the selfemployed to carrying out his/her ideas. However, solely economic factors, e. g. return on investment, do not need to be the only incentives of performance in the private sector. This applies above all in case of small businesses, especially in the operation of an “enterprise” which provides not only livelihood but also the personal satisfaction to the members of the broad family. In that case, social and psychological incentives may play role, too.
