Administrative procedures in the field of offenses and other administrative offenses in tax administration

Abstract:

Labour is theoretical and analytical in nature and deals with issues of administrative offenses and offenses in tax administration. The aim of my work is the analysis method to determine the most common offenses correct errors and administrative offenses that occur in the administration of taxes. The work consists of three main chapters. The first section presents the theoretical analysis of research problems focused on administrative procedure and administrative offenses. In this section we rely on professional domestic and foreign literature referred to in the list of bibliographical references. The content of the second part is to define and interpret the Tax Administration Act of offenses and penalties, and subsequent analysis of the fines and penalty interest for the period 2010 to 2013. Last third part discusses procedural errors taxpayers.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca má teoreticko-analytický charakter a zaoberása problematikou správnych deliktov a priestupkov v správe daní. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je metódou analýzy zistiť najčastejšie priestupky, správne pochybenia a správne delikty, ktoré sa vyskytujú v správe daní. Práca pozostáva z troch hlavných kapitol. Prvá časť predstavuje teoretický rozbor skúmanej problematiky zameranej na správne konanie a správne delikty. V tejto časti sa opierame o odbornú domácu a zahraničnú literatúru uvedenú v zozname bibliografických odkazov. Obsahom druhej časti je definovanie a interpretovanie zákona o správe daní v oblasti deliktov a sankcií a následná analýza uložených pokút a sankčných úrokov v období rokov 2010 až 2013. Posledná tretia časť pojednáva o procesných pochybeniach daňových subjektov.
