Předmětem bakalářské práce je výplata sociálních dávek obecním úřadem obce s rozšířenou působností dle právní úpravy účinné do 31. 12. 2011. Po úvodním začlenění sociálních dávek do systému sociálního zabezpečení je zpracována obecná charakteristika jednotlivých druhů dávek, které tento úřad poskytoval, tedy dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi, dávek pro zdravotně postižené občany a příspěvku na péči. The objective of the thesis is the social benefits payment system which was provided by the local municipality with extended powers under the legislation in force until 31st December 2011. After the initial integration of social benefits to the social security system, the general characteristics of individual types of benefits, provided by the authority, are processed.
