Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu pražských restaurací v době koronavirové. Celosvětová pandemie COVID 19 zásadním způsobem ochromila mj. obor cestovního ruchu a pohostinství. Konkrétně restaurace a další gastronomické podniky byly vládními restrikcemi významně omezovány a vyhlídky oboru nebyly a někdy stále nejsou pozitivní.
