Abstract:
Práce popisuje spolkový život v okresním městě Náchodě v první polovině 20. století. Zaměřuje se na činnost Tělocvičné jednoty Sokol, Klubu českých šachistů, Ústřední matice divadelních ochotníků, Studentského spolku Bor, Pěveckého sboru Hron, Čtenářské besedy Svatopluk Čech a Sdružení československých dobrovolců. Práce vychází primárně z fondů SOkA Náchod.
Abstract:
The study attempts to describe the club and society activities in Náchod in the first half of the twentieth century. The clubs and societies the thesis focuses on include Tělocvičná jednota Sokol (a sports society), Klub českých šachistů (chess club), Ústřední matice divadelních ochotníků (amateur theatre society), Studentský spolek Bor (students' society), Pěvecký sbor Hron (choir), Čtenářské besedy …more
