Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována problematice harmonizace regulace finančních trhů a jejího vývoje v rámci členských státu Evropské unie se zaměřením na MiFID. Je zaměřena na charakteristiku směrnice MiFID, dopad do českého kapitálového trhu a dále je věnována analýze vývoje poskytovatelů finančních služeb na českém kapitálovém trhu po implementaci směrnice MiFID a souvisejících ukazatelů.
Abstract:
This work is dedicated to problematic of harmonization of regulation of financial market and the development of harmonization within the members of European union with focus on MiFID.
