Predmetom diplomovej práce s názvom Právní účinky směrnic EU v právních řádech členských států je vymedzenie účinkov smerníc, ktoré spôsobujú nenáležite implementované smernice v členských štátoch Európskej Únie. Pre získanie lepšej orientácie v danej právnej problematike, pojednáva diplomová práca najskôr o práve EÚ v širších súvislostiach. Potom pokračuje definovaním smerníc, porovnáva ich s ďalšími …more

The goal of the thesis named Legal Effects of the EU Directives in the Legal Systems of the Member States is to specify legal effects, which is caused by improper implementation of directives in European Union member states.
