The portal crane winch drive

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukcí pohonu navíjení portálového jeřábu uloženého na svařovaném rámu. Teoretická část obsahuje rozdělení jeřábů a jejich stručnou charakteristiku. Mechanismus se skládá z elektromotoru, převodového ústrojí, řetězového převodu a lanového bubnu. Nosný prvek celé práce je výpočtová zpráva převodového ústrojí, která obsahuje výpočet jednotlivých ozubených soukolí, návrh hřídelů, ložisek, výpočet řetězového převodu. Součástí bakalářské práce je 3D model mechanismu, výkresová dokumentace sestavy a vybraných součástí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of portal crane winding drive mounted on a welded frame. The theoretical part includes different types of cranes and their brief characteristics. The mechanism consists of an electric motor, transfer system, chain transmission and cable drum. The computational report of the transfer system is the principal component of the thesis, which contains the calculation of individual gears, the design of the shafts and bearings and the calculation of the chain transmission. The bachelor thesis also includes a 3D model of mechanism, drawing documentation of the assembly and selected components.
