Abstract:
Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část pojednává o Inspekci práce. Druhá část se zabývá kontrolou, kterou inspekce práce provádí. Závěr práce je směřován k nelegálnímu zaměstnávání.
Abstract:
The dissertation deals with labor inspection and its effect by Labor Inspection which came into existence 1. 1. 2012 through the mediation of the law number 251/2005. Since 1. 1. 2012 the labor inspection authority controls besides other things compliance with the unemployment law.
