Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice oběhového hospodářství a přechodu na něj za použití právních nástrojů. V úvodu jsou popsány principy oběhového hospodářství, rozdíly oproti hospodářství lineárnímu a uvedení do širšího kontextu.
