Bakalářská práce se věnuje aktuálnímu tématu týkající se výtěrů z horních cest dýchacích v diagnostice COVID-19. Teoretická část popisuje onemocnění COVID-19, výtěr z horních cest dýchacích jako primární metodu odběru vzorku v detekci SARS-CoV-2 a edukaci osob v pandemii COVID-19 včetně edukace osob podstupujících výtěr z horních cest dýchacích. The bachelor´s thesis deals with swabs form the upper respiratory tract in COVID-19 diagnostics. The theoretical part describes COVID-19 disease, the swab from the upper respiratory tract as the primary method of sampling in SARS-CoV-2 detection and the education of people in COVID-19 pandemic including the education of people undergoing swabs from the upper respiratory tract.
