Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Award in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována tématu Uznání a výkon cizích rozhodčích nálezů v České republice. Je zde rozebrána historie rozhodčího řízení, nejdůležitější prvky tohoto řízení, výklad pojmů uznání a výkon a cizí rozhodčí nález a rozbor nejvýznamějších národních a mezinárodních právních úprav.
Abstract:
This work is paid to the subject matter of Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards in the Czech republic. There is analyse history of arbitral procedure, the most important elements of this procedure, explication of conception recognition and enforcement and foreign arbitral award and analysis of the most important national and international legal regulations.
