Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou diferencované výživy dospělých osob dle charakteru práce. Popisuje jednotlivé složky výživy, charakterizuje jejich význam a funkci na lidský organizmus, uvádí výživová doporučení, vymezuje skladbu potravin pro dospělé osoby a zmiňuje zdravotní rizika způsobená nevhodně zvolenou stravou, která postihují většinu dospělé populace v České republice.

This thesis deals with differential nutrition of adults according to the character of work. Describes the components of nutrition, characterized by their meaning and function of the human body, provides dietary guidelines, defines the consumption of food for adults, and identifies the health risks caused by poorly selected diet, which affect the majority of the adult population in the Czech Republic …more
