Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Estonsko – fiskální premiant mezi postkomunistickými zeměmi“ je analýza fiskální politiky Estonska a její mezinárodní srovnání s ostatními postkomunistickými státy. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické vymezení veřejných financí a fiskální politiky. Následně pokračuje analýzou uplatňované fiskální politiky v období transformace a před vstupem Estonska do Evropské unie. Poslední část práce vyhodnocuje získané poznatky a formuluje doporučení do budoucna.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: „Estonia - Fiscal Leader of Post-communist Countries“ is to analyze fiscal policy of Estonia and carry out its international comparison with other post-communist countries. The first part focuses on theoretical definition of public finances and fiscal policy. Afterwards it continues with the analysis of fiscal policy used during the transition and before Estonia’s entry to European Union. The last part of the thesis evaluates its findings and formulates recommendations for the future.
