Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Transfer technologií Průmysl 4.0 v praxi podniku Gumex Praha“ je navrhnout transfer technologií a vyhodnotit jeho přínos v praxi podniku. Na základě literární rešerše si rozšíříme obzor o možnostech zavedení nových digitálních technologií. Jistě brzy nastane restart a kdo se přiblíží ke startovní čáře mezi prvními a připravený, bude mít určitou výhodu náskoku. Štěstí přeje připraveným, je potřeba mu jít naproti, a proto využijme této doby, kdy se připravíme na nový začátek. Jednou z možností náskoku je změna technologií a zefektivnění výroby. V první části se bude diplomová práce zabývat problematikou inovačního managementu podniku a využitím transferu technologií a technologických změn ve výrobě. Definovány budou inovační příležitosti, které přináší Průmysl 4.0, Digitalizace, robotizace. Ve druhé části diplomové práce bude charakterizován zvolený podnik a předmět analýzy technologické změny. Na základě analýz bude vytipováno místo, kde je možnost stávající technologii nahradit novou digitální. Cílem diplomové práce bude provést návrh transferu technologií a vyhodnotit jeho přínos v praxi podniku.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis „Technology Transfer Industry 4.0 in practice of Gumex Praha“ is to propose technology transfer and evaluate its contribution in the practice of the enterprise. Based on the literature research, we will broaden our horizons about the possibilities of introducing new digital technologies. Surely there will be a restart soon and whoever gets close to the starting line among the first and ready will have a certain advantage of the lead. Happiness favors the prepared, it is necessary to go against it, so let us take advantage of this time when we prepare for a new beginning. One of the possibilities of the lead is to change technologies and make production more efficient. In the first part, the diploma thesis will deal with the issue of innovative management of the enterprise and the use of technology transfer and technological changes in production. The innovation opportunities brought by Industry 4.0, Digitalisation and robotisation will be defined. In the second part of the diploma thesis, the chosen enterprise and the subject of the analysis of technological change will be characterized. Based on the analyses, a place will be selected where it is possible to replace the existing technology with a new digital one. The aim of the diploma thesis will be to implement the design of technology transfer and evaluate its contribution in the practice of the enterprise.
