Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá postavením soudního exekutora v ČR a v dalších zemích EU. První část je věnována postavení českého soudního exekutora, jeho nezávislosti a nestrannosti. Druhá část se zabývá postavením soudního exekutora na Slovensku a v Německu, a jeho porovnáním s postavením soudního exekutora v ČR.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the position of a court distrainer in the Czech republic and in the other countries of the European Union. The first part is devoted to the position of the Czech court distrainer, his independence and impartiality.
