Medical rehabilitation plan and process in patient with SLAP lesion of the shoulder joint
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je rozčleněna do tří částí. V obecné části je popsána ontogeneze, anatomie a biomechanika ramenního pletence. Dále je zde zahrnut postup vyšetření ramene, SLAP léze a přidružené patologie ramene. Speciální část shrnuje složky léčebné rehabilitace. Poslední částí je kazuistika, která obsahuje práci s pacientem s diagnózou SLAP léze, vyšetření, terapii a návrh rehabilitačního plánu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The general part describes the ontogenesis, anatomy, and biomechanics of shoulder girdle. There is also included physical examination of the shoulder, SLAP lesion and associated shoulder pathology. The special part summarises components of medical rehabilitation.
