Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma "Specifické činnosti sestry v ambulanci kolorektální chirurgie se zaměřením na kolorektální karcinom" se zaměřuje na novodobý přístup a komplexnost péče u pacientů s onemocněním kolorekta. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku kolorektálního karcinomu, střevních stomií, změny psychiky pacienta. Dále jsou popsány specifické činnosti sestry se zvláštní odbornou způsobilostí včetně edukace pacienta a proces vzniku specializované ambulance pro kolorektální chirurgii. Výzkumná část obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření s otevřenými odpověďmi, které se snaží zjistit a zmapovat skutečnou náplň a význam práce sestry v ambulanci kolorektální chirurgie v porovnání s dobou, kdy tato ambulance a pracovní pozice nebyla vytvořena.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis " Specific nurse´s activities in an outpatient clinic of colorectal surgery" is focused on the modern approach and complexity of care with patients (clients) with colorectal disease. The theoretical part describes the problems of colorectal carcinom, stomas, changes in psychic of the patients, their education, the specific activity of nurse-specialist and the establishment of an outpatient clinic of colorectal surgery. The research section contains the results of a corresponding survey that identifies the real data and the importance of the nurse-specialist´s work in the outpatient clinic of the colorectal surgery in comparison with the time when this ambulance and job position did not exist.
