Práce se zabývá nově používanou metodou k úpravě vzorku před analýzou zvanou QuEChERS. Dále je zde uvedeno, pro které analyty a matrice se nejčastěji využívá, historie a podstata metody. Hlavní zaměření práce je na využití metody QuEChERS v analýze potravin a popis konkrétních podmínek při aplikaci pro přípravu vzorku před analýzou pesticidů i jiných skupin analytů. This work deals with a new method used for preparation of a sample called QuEChERS. Further, it specifies for which analytes and matrices is the method most commonly used, history and principle of the method.
