Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití metody stromové mikro-injektáže v obraně jasanů před patogenní houbou Hymenoscyphus fraxineus. Vlastní praktická část výzkumu je zaměřená na mikro-injektáže 30 dřevin Fraxinus excelsior na zkusné ploše čtyřmi různě fungicidně působícími přípravky a následné provedení umělých inokulací na stejných jedincích houbou H. fraxineus. The bachelor's thesis deals with the possibilities of using the tree micro-injection method in the defense of ash trees against the pathogenic fungus Hymenoscyphus fraxineus.
