Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu duševní hygieny u pedagogů středních škol. Práce ob-sahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se práce zabývá zdravým životním stylem, stresem, psychickými poruchami, syndromem vyhoření a duševní hygienou. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of mental hygiene of high school teachers. The work includes theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with a healthy life-style, stress, mental disorders, burnout syndrome and mental hygiene.
