The importance of the inter-row vegetation in vineyards

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je uvést a zhodnotit výhody ozelenění meziřadí ve vinicích. Popsán je zejména vliv ozelenění na kvalitu a zdraví půdy nebo podporu biodiverzity ve vinicích. Z hodnocení jednoznačně vyplývají komplexní pozitiva odrážející se v růstu révy vinné a na koncovém produktu, tj. vínu. Bakalářská práce dále seznamuje s technologickými možnostmi procesu zakládání ozelenění. V praktické části je pak posuzována dostupná nabídka ozeleňujících směsí na trhu v České republice.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to specify and evaluate benefits of the inter-row vegetation in vineyards. There is an influence, the so called „greening“, have got on a soil health and quality or on a support of biodiversity in vineyards, primarily descripted in theory. Complex benefits, have being reflected in a growth of wine plant and in a final product, i.e. wine, are unambiguous results of the evaluation. The thesis further acquaints with the technological ways and means of a cover crops planting process. In the practical part, the cover crops seed mix supply, available on the Czech market, is assessed.
