The Possibilities of the Effective Combination of the Professional and Parental Role of an Employee in 'Ceska sporitalna' corp.

Abstract:

Zhodnocení možností pro sladění pracovní a rodičovské role. Zda dnešní doba tuto skutečnost vůbec umožňuje a za jakých okolností. Pro prozkoumání této problematiky jsem si zvolila záměrně velkou firmu, která podniká v oblasti bankovnictví. Konkrétně Českou spořitelnu, a. s. , kde už 9 let pracuji. V teoretické části se zabývám historickým vývojem dané problematiky a dále se zaměřuji na obecné podmínky sociálního systému ČR v dané oblasti, kdy se snažím čtenáři nabídnout komplexní přehled možností ke slaďování rodinné a pracovní role. V praktické části se pak formou dotazníkového šetření snažím zjistit, jak vidí problematiku rodičovství v kontextu svých pracovních povinností samotní zaměstnanci České spořitelny, a. s.

Abstract:

Evaluation of the possibilities of effective combination of career and parental duties, to consider if today?s society enables it and under which circumstances. In order to examine the issue, the thesis intentionally focuses its analysis on a large company in the area of banking. Specifically, it is Česká spořitelna, which has been for nine years my employer. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the historical development of the issue and then it considers the situation in the Czech social system, attempting to offer an overview of the possible approaches to combining a family role and career. The practical part uses the format of questionnaire investigation to examine how the issue of parenthood in the context of professional commitment is perceived by the employees of Česká spořitelna.
