Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá hydrogely na bázi hyaluronanu s obsahem triclosanu. První část je věnována obecné charakteristice vlastností a využití hydrogelů a hyaluronanu, dále tyraminu a triclosanu včetně jejich metod stanovení. Experimentální část je zaměřena především na vývoj metodiky a sledování farmakokinetiky těchto látek po intraperitoneálním podání malým laboratorním zvířatům. Triclosan obsažený …more

The diploma thesis deals with hydrogels on the basis of hyaluronan containing triclosan. The first part is focused on the general characterization and use of hydrogels and hyaluronan, as well as tyramine and triclosan including their methods of determination.
