Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá skončením pracovního poměru výpovědí ze strany zaměstnavatele jak z hlediska právního, tak i ekonomicko-manažerského. V úvodní části práce seznamuje s právními a ekonomickými aspekty souvisejícími se skončením pracovního poměru. Vlastní práce analyzuje otázky týkající se skončení pracovního poměru výpovědí ze strany zaměstnavatele na základě aktuální pracovněprávní judikatury. Závěrečná část doplňuje zkoumanou problematiku o výzkum z podnikové praxe. Výsledky analýz poté slouží jako podklad pro stanovení doporučení v závěru práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the termination of employment by notice from the employer, both from the legal and economic-managerial point of view. The introductory part of the thesis introduces the legal and economic aspects related to the termination of the employment relationship. The thesis analyzes questions concerning termination of employment by notice from employer based on current labor law case law. The final part complements the researched issue with research from business practice. The results of analysis then serve as a basis for recommendations at the end of the thesis.
