Cílem práce bylo zmapovat oblasti, ze kterých je možné vytvořit celkový obraz právního vnímání pojmu „rasové pronásledování“, a to jak v mezinárodních právních dokumentech, tak také v souvislosti s evropským aquis a českou úpravou. This work deals with legal aspects of refugee status in connection with „race as the ground of persecution“.
