Expectation and Reality - Social Pedagogy from the View of its Students

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem hodnocení kvality oboru sociální pedagogiky. V teoretické části hovoříme o samotném oboru sociální pedagogiky, v krátkosti uvádíme vývoj sociální pedagogiky z historického hlediska, dále současné pojetí sociální pedagogiky, vysvětlujeme, kdo je to sociální pedagog, jaké jsou jeho možnosti uplatnění. Jedna z kapitol taktéž pojednává o Ústavu pedagogických věd Fakulty humanitních studií ve Zlíně a jeho oboru sociální pedagogiky. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na pedagogickou evaluaci, která hraje důležitou roli, v celkovém hodnocení kvality školy u pedagogů, studentů i široké veřejnosti. Třetí kapitola už je konkrétnější a blíží se k výzkumnému nástroji, který je použit v praktické části naší diplomové práce. Třetí kapitola pojednává o tom, jak se dá měřit kvalita, kde se s měřením kvality můžeme setkat a jaké nástroje a metody můžeme použít v rámci zjišťování kvality ve školách, ale celkově ve všech sférách služeb. V praktické části vycházíme z dotazníkové metody měření kvality SERVQUAL, jež zkoumá ve dvou částech dotazníku pět dimenzí. Tyto dimenze jsou označeny jako hmotné zajištění, spolehlivost, zodpovědný přístup, jistota a empatie. Na základě rozdílu očekávání a reality dostáváme parametr kvality v jednotlivých dimenzích a zkoumáme souvislosti mezi nimi a studijním prospěchem.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the quality assessment of the branch of social pedagogy. In the theoretical part we talk about the field of social pegagogy, briefly , we talk about the development of social pedagogy from a historical perspective , as well as the current concept of social pedagogy, we explain who is a social pedagogue and what are the possibilities of his employment opportunities. The first chapter also discusses about The Department of Pedagogical Sciences at the Faculty of Humanities in Zlín and the field of social pedagogy. The second chapter is focused on the pedagogical evaluation, which plays an important role in the overall quality of schools for teachers, students and the general public. The third chapter discusses how quality can be measured, where we can meet the measurement quality and which tools and methods you can use for the determination of school quality, but also in all spheres of services. The practical part is based on a questionnaire method of measuring the quality by SERVQUAL, which examines five dimensions in two parts of the questionnaire. These dimensions are identified as material security, reliability, responsible attitude, confidence and empathy. We get quality parameter in various dimensions which is based on the difference between expectations and reality and we examine the relations between them and the study results.
