Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou komunitární ochranné známky. Po vymezení základních pojmových znaků ochranné známky a otázek mezinárodní právní úpravy se věnuji základním otázkám komunitární právní úpravy s analýzou relevantních rozhodnutí, zejména Evropského soudního dvora. This graduation thesis deals with the Community Trade Mark. The first part of the thesis concerned with the term "trade mark" and also with the international trade mark regulation. I focused on the questions of the Comunnity Trade Mark regulation and analyzed the relevant decisions, especially of the European Court of Justice.
