Abstract:
Práce se zabývá tématem humoru a šikany na pracovišti a zkoumá vztah mezi těmito dvěma jevy. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují pozitivní korelaci mezi agresivním stylem humoru a celkovou šikanou, stejně jako sebe-znevažujícím stylem humoru a šikanou orientovanou na osobu. Abstract:
The study is focusing on humor and bullying at the workplace and the relation between them. The results show a positive correlation be-tween aggressive humor style and bullying and between self-defeating humor and person-related bullying.
