The Role of Translating at the Nuremberg Trial
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the Nuremberg trial of the Major War Criminals. In particular, the work contains the time period before the Nuremberg trial, followed by the fates of the accused and the course of the criminal proceedings. The third part of this thesis follows up the Subsequent Nuremberg trials and the consequences of the Nuremberg trials. All three parts also focus on the role of translating …more
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Norimberským procesem s hlavními válečnými zločinci. Zejména se práce chronologicky věnuje období před zahájením Norimberského procesu, následně obžalovanými a průběhu procesu. Třetí část práce se zabývá Následnými Norimberskými procesy a dopady Norimberského procesu. Všechny tyto tři části se zaměřují také na roli tlumočníků při tomto procesu.
