Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou střevních infekčních onemocněních. Na začátku práce je popsána charakteristika střevního mikrobiomu. V dalších kapitolách jsou popsána bakteriální a virová střevní onemocnění a principy laboratorní diagnostiky. Na konci práce je zmíněný epidemiologický záchyt těchto onemocnění v Kraji Vysočina a prevence.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of intestinal infectious diseases. At the beginning of the work is described the characteristic of gut microbiome. In the other chapters are described the bacterial and viral diseases and principles of laboratory diagnostics. At the end of the work is mentioned epidemiological handhold of these diseases in Vysočina region and prevention.
