Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá modelováním indentačních procesů, moderních měřících technik, které se využívají k charakterizaci mechanických vlastností materiálů v prostorově omezených oblastech, kde běžné metody měření nelze použít. Tématem práce je modelování indentace do tvrdých a křehkých materiálů. Dalším tématem práce je modelování indentace do vrstvených materiálů, kde modul pružnosti jednotlivých vrstev se liší o několik řádů (například laminované sklo). Práce též pojednává o modelování geometrických nepřesností, které mohou ovlivnit výsledky indentačních testů. Je zde také zmínka o stanovení poddajnosti měřícího řetězce. Výsledky této práce mohou nalézt využití v procesech, při nichž dochází vlivem koncentrovaného kontaktu ke vzniku a šíření trhlin. Také mohou usnadnit analýzu výsledků indentačních zkoušek vrstvených materiálů či materiálů s drsným kontaktním povrchem. Dalším přínosem je popis zjednodušeného modelu poddajného kontaktu, který popisuje drsný povrch bez nutnosti modelování jednotlivých nerovností a urychluje tak výpočtový čas.

Abstract:

This work deals with indentation processes modeling - modern measurement techniques, which are used for characterization of mechanic properties of materials at smaller scale, where the traditional tensile tests can not be applied. The subject of matter is also a geometric inaccuracy which can affect results of the indentation tests e.g. roughness of the contact surfaces. Other topic is modeling of crack initiation and propagation in elastic plastic field at concentrated contact, where the model is based on the real indentation test of the separated layer of the laminated glass. Results of this work can be useful for indentation measurement with considered impact of the rough surface. Another benefit of this work is a description of a simplified model of a softened contact which models a rough surface and accelerates the computation time. Results of this work can also have importance for processes during which cracks initiate and propagate.
