Business plan - Natural and ecological straws as an alternative to disposable plastics

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu zabývající se prodejem a distribucí přírodních produktů jako alternativ k jednorázovým plastům. Jedná se o aktuální problematiku jak v rámci znečištění planety, tak v rámci přijaté směrnice Evropské unie o zákazu jednorázových plastů. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. Teoretická část definuje podnikatelský plán a zabývá se strukturou a nástroji podnikatelského plánu. V metodologické části práce je popsán výzkum, který byl poté aplikován v praktické části. Jedná se o dotazníkové šetření. V praktické části je již kompletně zpracovaný podnikatelský plán s využitím primárních i sekundárních zdrojů na základě teoretického základu.

Abstract:

The master thesis is focused on the creation of a business plan dealing with the sale and distribution of natural products as alternatives to disposable plastics. This is a current issue in the context of planetary pollution as well as in the context of the European Union directive on the ban of disposable plastics. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part defines the business plan and deals with the structure and tools of the business plan. The methodological part of the thesis describes the research, which was applied in the practical part after. It is a questionnaire survey. In the practical part there is a completely prepared business plan using primary and secondary sources based on the theoretical part.
