Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rekognice. Jedná se o jeden ze zvláštních způsobů dokazování. Tato metoda identifikace je založena na znovupoznání již dříve vnímaného objektu. Práce popisuje podrobnou klasifikaci rekognice z pohledu kriminalistiky, ale také z pohledu práva. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of recognition. This is one of the special methods used fort acquisition evidence during the investigation. Principle of this method is based on the re-cognition of an object that a person has seen before. My work look at re-cognition as a criminology subject but also its implementation in law.
