Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou týrání zvířat v judikatuře trestních soudů. Jejím cílem je vyhodnotit, zda mají zvířata v ČR dostatečnou právní ochranu, a to pomocí komplexní analýzy aktuální judikatury trestních soudů se zaměřením především na týrání psů dle § 302 TZ. Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of animal cruelty in the case law of criminal courts“. Its aim is to evaluate whether animals in the Czech republic possess sufficient legal protection. To reach this aim, the author will make a comprehensive analysis of current case law of criminal courts focusing primarily on the dog abuse under the section 302 of the Criminal Code.
