Význam supervize pro pracovníky OSPOD

Abstract:
Tato absolventská práce se zabývá významem supervize pro kvalitu práce oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. První kapitola vymezuje práci na tomto oddělení. Druhá kapitola se zabývá supervizi v sociální práci. Třetí kapitola vyhodnocuje kvalitativní rozhovory s pracovníky OSPOD. Poslední částí práce je diskuze autorky o zjištěných informacích.
Abstract:
This graduate work is about the meaning of supervizion in regard to quality of work at department for social and legal protection of children. The first chapter defines the work on this department. The second chapter deals with supervision in social work. The third chapter evaluates qualitative interviews with socia workers.
