Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na srovnání epizody amerického seriálu a jeho českého překladu, a to z hlediska funkčně větné perspektivy (FVP). Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. The aim of the present thesis is the comparison of en episode from american TV serie and its Czech translation from the viewpoint of the theory of functional sentence perspective (FSP). The current work is divided ino theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part intoruduces the concept of the theory of FSP and the main principles of the theory.
