Compare operative and financial leasing as course of financing business investments

Abstract:

V současné době se velmi často setkáváme s nabídkou různých finančních nástrojů na našem trhu, které mohou sloužit, mimo jiné, k pořízení a užívání majetku. Jedním z nich je leasing. Ve své práci jsem se zaměřil na porovnání finančního a operativního leasingu. V teoretické části jsem uvedl základní typy leasingu a jejich výhody a nevýhody. Neopomenul jsem ani právní aspekty leasingu. Dále teoretická část obsahuje kapitoly o daňových a účetních aspektech leasingu a vývoj leasingu na českém trhu. V praktické části práce jsem pracoval na komparaci finančního a operativního leasingu jako zdroje financování pro právnickou osobu. Porovnal jsem nabídky obou leasingu, jejich účtování a daňovou uznatelnost a jejich vyhodnocení, který je výhodnější a který by si měla potencionální právnická osoba vybrat.

Abstract:

In our market we currently very often encounter with an offer of several financial instruments, which could serve, among others, for acquisition and usage of a property. One of them is the leasing. In my thesis I focused on comparison of the financial and operative leasing. In the theoretical part I introduced the basic types of the leasing and their advantages and disadvantages. I have not left out legal aspects of the leasing.The theoretical part further contains chapters on tax and accounting aspects of the leasing and development of the leasing on the Czech financial market. In the practical part I worked on comparison of the financial and operative leasing as the source of funding for a corporate body. I compared the offers of the both types of leasing, their accounting, the possibility of their declaration as a tax deduction and their evaluation, which of them is preferable and which might have been chosen by a corporate body.
