Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku motivace a pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část je rešerší na téma motivace, faktorů motivace a blíže pracovní motivaci. Podobně jako tématu motivace se teoretická část práce zaobírá pracovní spokojenosti a jejími dílčími faktory. This master's thesis is focused on motivation and job satisfaction of employees selected companies. The theoretical part of the background research on the topic of motivation, motivation factors and further work motivation.
