Condensation products of 2-phenyl-1\kur{H}-imidazol-4-carbaldehyde with amines and diamines

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na studium kondenzace syntetizovaného 2-fenyl-1\kur{H}-imidazol- 4-karbaldehydu s nechirálními i chirálními aminy a 1,2-diaminy. Nalezenými postupy bylo připraveno 12 kondenzačních produktů, zejména chirálních iminů resp. bisiminů. Identifikovány byly pomocí elementární analýzy, hmotnostní a \hindex{1}H NMR spektroskopie. Experimentálně byly též prostudovány jejich komplexační vlastnosti. Cílové sloučeniny nebyly v literatuře dosud publikovány.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on study of condensation of synthesized 2-phenyl-1\kur{H}-imidazole-4-carbaldehyde with achiral and chiral amines or 1,2-diamines. 12 condensation products were prepared by a founded procedures, especially chiral imines or bisimines. Identification was realized by elemental analysis, \hindex{1}H NMR and mass spectroscopy. Complexation properties were experimentally studied too. Target compounds weren't published in the literature yet.
