Use of Internet applications in competitive intelligence

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na internetové nástroje a zdroje z hlediska jejich využití v oblasti konkurenčního zpravodajství. V práci jsou vysvětleny obecné principy oboru a možná rozdělení typu informací. Přínos práce spočívá především v otestování nástrojů vhodných jako informační zdroj v případě sledování konkurenčního prostředí u dvou zvolených společností.

Abstract:

This master´s thesis is focussed on internet tools and computing resources according to use in competitive intelligence. General principles of the industry and possible classification of information types are explained in the following text. The benefit of the thesis is mainly in testing of tools applicable as an information source for competitive environment research.
