Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá interakcemi benzo[c]fenanthridinových a protoberberinových alkaloidů s neobvyklými formami DNA. Byl sledován vliv alkaloidů na stabilitu jednořetězcové nekanonické struktury DNA (G–kvadruplex) určením změny teploty tání oligonukleotidů. Teploty tání byly určeny pomocí dvou spektroskopických metod (molekulová absorpční spektrometrie, CD spektrometrie).
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with interaction of benzo[c]phenanthridine and protoberberine alkaloids with uncommon forms of DNA. Influence of alkaloids on stability of single–stranded non–canonical DNA structure (G–quadruplex) by determining of oligonucletide’s melting point change was observed.
