Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací parametrů monokrystalických a polykrystalických luminoforů z hlediska jejich světelných parametrů, jako je světelný výstup a barevné souřadnice. Součástí práce je navržení a sestavení měřicí sestavy pro charakterizaci světelných a výkonových parametrů včetně ověření opakovatelnosti měření. V teoretické části se práce zabývá luminofory a jejich aplikací jako komponenty pro zdroje vysokovýkonného osvětlení buzené laserovými diodami. V experimentální části jsou měřeny světelné vlastnosti luminoforů, konkrétně yttrito a lutecito hlinitých granátů dopovaných ionty Ce3+, v závislosti na vybraných sedmi parametrech, které byly zkoumány. Mezi zkoumané parametry patří tloušťka, typ materiálu, absorpční koeficient či forma luminoforu. V závěru práce jsou všechny měřené parametry vyhodnoceny, porovnány a diskutovány. Kromě experimentálního měření je součástí práce i simulace šíření světla v monokrystalických luminoforech v programu Zemax OpticsStudio.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the optimization of parameters of the monocrystalline and polycrystalline forms of luminophores. The luminous parameters are optimized with respect to their luminous flux and color coordinates. The thesis includes design and assembly of an experimental setup for optical characterization of luminous and power characteristics, along with evaluation of repeatability of the measurements. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to luminophores and their application in high-power sources excited by laser diodes. In the experimental part of the thesis, the dependences of luminous properties on seven selected parameters are presented. The list of the parameters includes thickness, material, absorption coefficient or a form of the luminophore. Finally, the effect of each parameter is evaluated and discussed with regard to the luminophore optimization. A simulation of light emission from a monocrystalline luminophore performed in Zemax OpticsStudio is presented at the end of this thesis.
