Motivation to donate blood plasma of clients of Plasma Place, s.r.o.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na motivaci dárců krevní plazmy. Na základě literární rešerše si práce stanovuje za cíl identifikovat faktory, které dárce motivují k pravidelnému dárcovství. Zároveň práce porovnává zdroje motivace prvodárců se zdroji motivace již pravidelných dárců. K naplnění stanovených cílů byla navázána přímá spolupráce se společností PLASMA PLACE, s.r.o., která provozuje plasmafere-tická centra v České republice. Pro získání potřených dat bylo využito anonymního dotazníkového šetření, které má svůj základ v odborné literatuře. Na základě stano-vených cílů a literární rešerše byly stanoveny dvě hypotézy, které byly statisticky testovány prostřednictvím analýzy rozptylu. Testováním bylo zjištěno, že ekonomic-ký status dárců krevní plazmy nemá vliv na frekvenci přijímání finanční odměny za odběr. Zároveň bylo také zjištěno, že mezi motivací prvodárců a pravidelných dárců není žádná závislost.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the motivation of blood plasma donors. Based on the literature research, the aim of the work is to identify the factors that motivate donors to donate regularly. The diploma thesis compares the sources of motivation of first-time donors with the sources of motivation of regular donors. There was established a direct cooperation with PLASMA PLACE, s.r.o. to fulfill setted goals. To obtain the required data was used an anonymous questionnaire based on literature. On the basis of the set objectives and the literature research, two hypotheses were established. Both of them were statistically tested using the F-test. Through testing, it was found that the economic status of blood plasma donors does affect the frequency of receiving a financial reward for donation. At the same time, it was also found that there is dependence between the motivation of first-time donors and regular donors.
