V práci je studován pozdní vliv protinádorové léčby antracyklinovými antibiotiky na autonomní oběhové funkce u bývalých dětských onkologických pacientů. Byly nalezeny snížené hodnoty krevních tlaků měřených kontinuální metodou po dobu pěti minut i při 24hodinovém ambulatorním monitorování. Abstract:
The late effect of anthracycline therapy on autonomous circulatory functions in previously oncological patients was studied at this thesis. The lower values of blood pressures were found. Systolic and diastolic blood pressures were estimated by non-invasive continuous method by Penaz and by 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.
