Abstract:
Téma této bakalářské práce je historický a současný pohled na význam pojmu spravedlnost. Tato práce se zabývá dvěma významnými osobnostmi. První osobností je John Rawls s jeho dílem teorie spravedlnosti a druhou F.A. Hayek, který se ve své práci také zabývá spravedlností. Výsledkem této práce je zjištění, zda se oběma velikánům podařilo své myšlenky uvést do praxe ve společenství lidí.
Abstract:
The topic of the bachelor thesis is the meaning of justice from historical and contemporary perspectives. The content of the work consists of two significant personalities. The first figure is John Rawls and his work, A Theory of Justice. The second is F. A. Hayek, who also focused his work on the meaning of justice.
